The systematic service begins even before installation. As mentioned earlier, trained sales personnel assist in the selection of the right air conditioning or refrigeration appliance as per each individual requirement. They are backed by technical engineers who survey the premises and prepare a detailed layout plan. Following heat-load calculations, the planned layout is finalized in consultation with the in-house design office.
Customer care is provided by our high-tech service centres – one located next door to the Corporate Offices at Union Place, Colombo and the other at Welisara. Both centres posses dehydrating and gas charging facilities, spare parts and service units. The After-Sales Services Division is also equipped with a mobile workshop, which enables on-site repairs and services. Reassuringly, this mobile workshop has a two-way communication system for closer co-ordination and prompt response.
In addition we have an in-house Research and Development Unit, equipped with the latest technology which includes psychometric testing systems.
